Items are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class and international packages are shipped USPS First Class International. We ship in the smallest packaging available.

If you are interested in adding insurance or using an alternate shipping method, please let us know. In the event your package is not delivered, we are happy to assist, but we are not responsible for the loss of your items.

International Customers: We send international packages by USPS First Class International. This method does not provide tracking or insurance, but it is less expensive. If you would like to add tracking and/or insurance, please let us know and we will pass the cost through. In the event your package is not delivered, we are happy to assist, but we are not responsible for the loss of your items.

Custom Forms: Please be aware of the customs laws in your country. Any fees for customs, taxes, or duties will be your responsibility. We are required to mark "merchandise" on all custom forms. Please do not ask us to alter information to lower your custom fees.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Fabric yardage, books, patterns, and other copyrighted materials are not refundable. Shipping expenses are also not refundable. If the item is defective, we are happy to exchange it for the same item or offer a store credit. The defective item must be returned in its original condition.
