Shipping policy

At Sunshine Fiber Arts, we are dedicated to getting your quilting supplies to you quickly and safely. Whether you are stocking up on fabric, patterns, or kits, we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. 

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).  During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day or two. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

We currently offer the following USPS shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) -- via USPS.
  • Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) -- available at checkout.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) -- available for urgent orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays. 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and destination. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package's progress. 

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to all US states and territories.
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for express orders.

Delays & Lost Packages:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@sunshinefiberarts.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We can assist you in filing a claim and help resolve the issue. We are not responsible for replacing lost orders at no charge.  

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

At this time, all shipments are domestic, so no customs or import fees apply.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If your shipping address cannot be verified by USPS, it may delay your order.
